Eliminate snoring at home
Exercise 1: Extend your tongue as far as possible and lower it, while pronouncing the I sound. Do this exercise 10 times 2 times a day.

Exercise 2: Bite the pencil firmly with your teeth and hold it for 3-4 minutes. Do it before going to bed.

If you do these exercises during the 1st month, your sleep will improve
