In recent years, the number of non-state and private higher education institutions has increased. Every month we see announcements about the opening of a new university or institute.
At such a time, parents and applicants have only one main question: “Will the diploma be awarded in Uzbekistan?” (but the quality of education is of no interest to many at the moment)
